I have the perspective of an outsider looking in, and from what I've gathered through my various readings I can't understand why there's such a strong movement to impeach Obama; Obamacare is working as intended and as far as I can tell, the inactivity of the GOP is what's causing a lot of the problems people are complaining about. Picking up on Politifact cites that Obama has made fewer executive actions than nearly every other president in the history of the nation, but as far as I can tell it's still one of the main reasons the conservative party wants him removed from office?

I'd love to hear from both sides some more personal views to better have the facts collected as the people see them. Anyone willing to share for someone not of the nation having a curious inquiry?
I ask because I have a few friends in the states who identify as conservative; when I attempted to ask them all I received were crude inaccurate jokes and a complete dodging of the questions. I saw one of them had posted that papers were formally drafted to impeach Obama (which from what I'm reading, isn't very likely to happen at all, coupled with a seemingly ludicrous lawsuit against him) so I'm currently scouring the interwebs to verify if this is a fact or just political rallying.
Additional sauce (though I'm not sure how many people accept facts as presented in the Washington Post, as I'm not a regular reader):
