Primary health risk is an inhalation hazard, especially for those with small particle dust relate breathing problems. Color toner is even worse as the particle size is smaller.

For those with asthma, COPD and other chronic lung diseases, YES.

With you on that one Slimslob, but apart from choking your lungs and cutting off your oxygen supply, is it poisonous and likely to damage internal organs?

And to answer the original question, no, we don't empty WTB's, we fit new ones.

Not sure. I know black toner is primarily carbon particles and plastic particles. Personally, I would not want to ingest it. Could either clog you up or give you diarrhea. Neither one sounds very pleasant to me.

It must take longer than 25 years, cause I'm not dead yet (... I think). And I've been blowing my nose gray, now colorful, for that whole time. To answer your question, this company does not empty waste boxes. The most unpleasant task seems to be a few Ricoh toner feed pumps. My vacuum gets to stay in the trunk most of the time. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I dare any of you to do a line of toner (color de jour) and then do a flaming shot of your favorite liquor, immediately after.............

One nostril of cyan and the other yellow would equal a Green Flash (an excellent local brewery, BTW).
