    Printer irony

The bizhub c35 had a line on the prints. I looked at a few more and saw smearing. It is the transfer belt. I removed the belt and saw part of a label at the cleaning section. I removed it and looked, it said "Smear Proof Printing" Must have come off the top of the sheet.

How ironic, just when it was smearing all over the place! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

No way dude. Was sitting at shop waiting on a part, with no calls. I was more than happy to be there. If it were not for the technology illiterate, they would have to fire half of us.

Nice! I usually see that happen if the customer is running them the wrong direction. There should be a "Feed this way" arrow and/or wording that most end users overlook

Most paper used to have an arrow on the label stating "Print this side first". It was based on the grain of the paper and the natural curl. Not any more.

Avery is the only brand that still has the arrows, but the rule is LTR-R direction. =^..^=
