Have had the same problem a few times on C451/2 series machines as well as the BH versions. Aleways caused by torque limiter failures..too tight.
All used OEM parts.

We've not seen this with OEM parts (Savin and Konica), and our company policy is to NEVER use anything but OEM. Printing out this pic for our dispatch wall!
The torque limiter doesn't come into action in this scenario. The rollers are practically not in use. They're just sitting in the cassette port doing nothing just waiting for an occasional A3 sheet to be fed. Even when this was a torque limiter case, than the profile texture would be gone and not untouched as in the picture.Have had the same problem a few times on C451/2 series machines as well as the BH versions. I always thought that the problem of substandard components is rampant only this side of the globe and that the Western world is so strict about quality control and strict adherence to standards that it is unimaginable to find any fake products in your markets! But from the look of things, this seem to be a misconception. How could those substarndard separation rollers escape the very strict scrutinizing eyes of your standards agency?
