and how about Tacos,does any body recommend the best taco filling.

Oh boy! There are many ways. But i like mine simple the best: shredded chicken, lettuce and pico de gallo(chopped tomato, onion and cilantro) with soft tortillas corn or flour. Throw some lime wedges on the side too.

Don't forget the thinly sliced shallots, or green onions sprinkled on top with smoked paprika.

I didn't go back and read all the post, did anyone bring up seafood? I love scallops! Just south of the state line on the coast, about 2 hours away, is Calabash. A tiny little town, a couple of miles wide, with around 40 to 50 seafood restaurants. The two original ones were built on opposite sides of the 100 yard road that leads to the towns inlet dock that the fishing boats came in to. That is what you call fresh catch!

Wish i was closer to the cost. I'm so far inland. I can't eat frozen seafood.

Just made my first Tater Tots. Never had those before. Absolute awesomeness.
Add some mixed herbs, salt, pepper and the right stuff to bind it with.
