A large amount of food gets disposed of everyday because it spoils in the food chain before it can be consumed.
This revolutionary new natural product can dramatically extend the life of produce.
Interesting video...
It was my understanding that apple producers coated apples with a thin layer of natural bees wax to increase the shelf life of apples. The wax also gives the apple a polished smooth look. As a youth I can remember buffing an apple on my shirt to bring out the shine...
According to the video there is a new totally natural coating to preserve fruit and vegetables.
Has the natural bees waxing process been extended to other fruit and vegetables?

I think any wild game harvested correctly, cleaned properly, and cooked correctly can't be beat. Maybe it's the satisfaction that you've done everything yourself that makes it taste so great. Not to mention the challenge.
Africa has the best venison in the world(my opinion).

I grew up on a land.
We did a lot of our own food production by way of ,small crop farming, growing lamb, pigs, chickens.
We would also catch mud crabs and fresh fish from the river that passed through our property.
Season permitting,my brother an I would get up at dawn each morning before school and head down to the river to check
our crab pots (dilly pots)that we set the day before. We have a few painful stories to tell about the ones that got away.
We'd then have a quick wash and scoff down some breakfast before we caught the school bus into school.
I still catch local mud crabs, prawns and fish to eat this very day. Just recent we've been landing 600-1000mm fish from the local area. The wife an I made nice batch of home made fish cakes/rissoles just last night.
Seasonal Menu:
Mains:
Crumbed fresh fish (Own locally caught)
Mango salad (Home grown mangoes)
Fresh lemon (Home grown)
Glass ice cold rum&coke (Home made rum)
Desert :
Run out of home made yogurt so we had ice cream.
Yum...

Tell more about your rum. White or dark?
Whatever
Re. Rum
Its a dark style rum.
Its a mix of both Greek and Jamaica style rums.
The flavour has come about through trail-an-error over the last 20 years.
Something has change with the local water or maybe its the cheap Chinese ingredients.
I don't get the same exact flavour or method consistency from the usual age old rum base.
There is an extra element that is derived during the process that was never there from original.
I've been trying to find the reason for discoloration but for the last 18months it still alludes me.
