According to whois.com the Domain SMARKA.com now belongs to Godaddy.com. Current registration expires on 25 February 2017.

Desert Tech, smarpost.com also belongs to Godaddy.com as of yesterday. If someone was trying to set it up and did not register the domain in their own name, they will have to now pirchase it from Godaddy.

Ye its too bad; The abuse was bad and the way the site was there wasn't much they could do. I was bailed out by many techs on that site and I also contributed to it.
