1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.

I'm getting the same same thing. It actually says you can buy the domain name. I hope it isn't done. I really like that site. This site and Smarka was the only tech forums I used.
Hopefully someone will buy domain name and start it up again.

Smarka was a copier technician forum like this. Not as advanced as this but just a basic good tech help forum.
The only sign in was your email address. Some creative troublemakers started signing in as others and making some ... unkind comments. That was the last time I signed in. =^..^=

Hey blackcat. There wasn't much trouble at smarka. the reason the owners didn't want to make a passworded site is they wanted to make it easy for people to sign on get some help and move on. Of course this will cause some problems but for the most part it was great. there were a lot of long time members like myself that had been using that site for 10+ years. I have an email out to the owners. I will see if they get back to me.
Apparently it was shut down for some reason but I have not heard anything from the owners as yet. For those who loved the site we are trying to establish a replacement. Please visit SmarPostOriginally Posted by rapidocument
