Like for instance how it's jamming in the duplexer which actually turns out to be the document feeder.

At a GM location: Mita DC111 spread out over two 8' conference tables. The engineer hands me an AC power transformer and says "This is the problem...."

The HP Printer is smoking something burned inside.. Found out that the paper in high humid condition when pass to the fuser it creates look like a smoke.

You got it jimbo. Major Account, not billable, and it wasn't the AC power transformer. I honestly have no idea what the problem was. The drum was light shocked, developer spilled on the table.

I was fairly new to copiers, and I didn't know where to put that transformer back to without a manual. It took over a day to get it reassembled and running.
