Meh minor damage... a bit of glue and sticky tape and that copier will be as good as new LOL.

I would replace the DF rubber first, and if that doesn't work, then I would move on to the glue and tape.

Isn't that how they make new Toshiba copiers.
Get your facts first, and then you can distort them as much as you please.

That seems about right for the whole Toshiba line. If they spent as much money on R&D as they did on buying shitty dealers then they might have a decent product.

I've seen a few xerox docutech finishers I would have loved to do that to. But I do love that set transport.

Nonsense, the machine's fine. You just need to fan the paper!

Reminds me of one of the things I loved about my old job. I was the in house guy, so if a machine was too old, or came back with shipping damage and I deemed it not repairable, I got to put the machine on my fork lift, drive it outside to the big roll off dumpster. I'd raise it wayyyy up, tilt the forks and drop it. It made a sweet sound when the dumpster was empty. Was my revenge against the machines.

Years ago, Davis Letterman used to throw all kinds of stuff off a building, smashing them onto the ground below.

Anybody remember if he ever did that with a small copier or a fax?
