    Be careful how you position yourself.

    You don't want to end up servicing the machines that you sell!

    (I know that may sound stupid, but we've had that happen.)

    I am a Tech and will probably stay one till the day I die!

    As for the customer I am many things!
    A Tech, an electrician, a plumber, a mechanic and a Therapist.

    Yes, I am technician for the past 26 yrs., My first generation of copiers like EP310 Minolta, and BD704 Toshiba..
    I love my job. what more, I ve grown up to service Manager, and Marketing as Business Development Manager, But nothing like Technician, keeps on updating.

    I'm a tech. Awaiting promotion to Tea Boy.

    I turn screws only to be told that was the wrong screw and this is why the main circuit breaker has tripped and entire building has no power. *joke*
