MP C7500 Do not recognize Print/Scan Card

Hi,
It's an Aficio MP C7500 with Scan/Print SDcard but the unit do not show Both options on Display Panel ,even do not accept prints.
End user says that sometimes scan option is shown in user tools but during my visit it could not happen .so it is not confirmed.
The SDcards swaped by me with other units and the problem is still there.
Please guide me accordingly.( Print/Scan options are not available in user tools in this particular unit)
