On the computer that cannot print to the 1022, can it print to other network printers? It could be that the firewall is blocking TCP/IP printing. I have seen this a couple of times with McAfee and a few other security suites. The first time a print job is sent after installing the security suite the firewall pops up a dialog box asking if it should allow TCP/IP printing. The user see the firewall box and clicks block without even reading what it is asking.
Looks like it is a setting on that computer's wifi interface. If it is an internal wifi or a USB wifi adapter, you might want to try an external wifi interface such ad the Netgear WNCE2001. I use them when I need to put a MFP on a wireless network. Much less expensive than what Ricoh want for their internal wireless interface.
Thanks for all your suggestions
