    MPc305spf Light density, copies only

Asked this question once before, thought I'd try it again, maybe someone has a new perspective.
MPc305spf, has very light density when copying only, either placing originals on the glass or through the feeder.
Printing looks fantastic as well as scanned documents.
Doesn't matter if it is color or b&w, anything copied is light.
Adjusting darker or lighter on the op panel makes no difference.
    Found no bulletins with Ricoh.
    Any ideas?
