Can a type 320 pcu be used in place of a type 1027
Hello, can I use a type 320 pcu in a Ricoh 1027 (Savin 2527) that would normally use a type 1027 pcu? I know it was originally used in the 220 / 270 models. I only have 320 pcu in stock right now. Thanks

Look at the frame section of the parts catalog. If the PCU bracket, item 18 for the 220/270 or item 8 for the 1022/1027, is removed you can use either PCU type. You can also swap the front drum stay with the one from the old PCU. By the way, how do you still happen to have a new Type 320 PCU?

Thank you for this, appreciated! I have had one for quite a while waiting for a home and finally found one now that you have confirmed I can use it. Thanks again.

Hi there!
YouŽll not have much fun using a type 320 in a 1027, because itŽs another developer. Max. prints/copies then thereŽs a strong building up of background, black looks grey, etc...
WeŽll tried it years ago.
Greetings...
