    MPC3002 5502 thick stock

Can someone enlighten me as to what it takes to run thick stock on these machines without it not fusing the toner? I have tried all the thick settings within the print driver. On multiple prints it still does not fuse completely.
I have replaced the fusing film with the new style, changed the sp settings according to the bulletins but still nothing.
    What am I missing?
    I am running 110lb/199g/m2 stock

All Media is not the same based on weight, so 110#/199gsm what?? text, cover, CS1, CS2, card stock ect...............

I've got one that gives what looks like cold fuser offset on 11x17 20# copy paper only on the 5" of the trail edge, Haven't figured it out yet.............

What is set in the driver as far as thickness has no effect unless you set Command/Driver for the paper tray in the Printer portion of User Tools.

So I need to tell the machine first that a certain tray is a certain weight then the thickness controls will work in the print driver?
Also there is a bulletin on the cold fusing at trail edge.

I checked it and the bypass is set for driver command which is where I was running the paper.

One should notive if the paper type setting won't work if the process speed won't reduce.

Is it some sort of coated/special paper or just thick color copy paper?

It is not a coated or gloss. It is 110/199g/m2 white stock. I think it is index.
