"Set Fusing Unit Correctly" and SC142

Hi all, I have a MPC6501 or prodoct code081 with the following errors above. The "Set Fusing Unit Correctly" will not go away after I replaced the fuser's belt and thermistors.

Original problem is the machine was off and fuser's belt was ripped and binded up. So I didn't even bother to power on the MFP and went ahead and replaced the fusing belt and thermistors. After I powered on it gave me the errors. I ohms out all the lamps and check the connectors on the rear frame and fusing unit good. No obstructions or bent. What can cause this ? Any ideas will be appreciated.

Do you have two machine faults at the same time ?

SC142, I believe relates to Scanner.
Is there a fuser code ?

SC142 : Dirty optics and or white plate. Scan motor not homing ?

Fuser set error: Is there paper jambed in the connector. Thermistor on upside down ?

Thanks neo, same copier with two errors after fuser rebuilt. The SC 142 did not appear before I reseated the connector in the back of the fuser

As I see it the only thing really common to both of those faults at the same time is the Power supply.
Have you've got a voltage rail out or have you fixed/wired something to ground/frame ?
