A700 With SC322

All these parts I have try change but doesn't help
-LD unit
-LD beam detector pcb
- wire from LD unit to Detector Pcb
This problem appear after I take out the whole of the scanner unit from the machine.

Anybody have an idea to solve this problem.

Could you be a bit more specific? You said you removed the entire scanner unit, could you let us know what led you to do that? Have you checked for pinched or broken wires or wire harnesses? It's been a while but if you did what I think you did then there are a mess of wires that can be misrouted when you put everything back together.

I know this wasn't any help now but give me some specifics and maybe I can help better.

After i go along round the machine I found it is the Flat cable to LD unit is not inserted propperly.
It ok now thanks
