I have a customer with a 201 with a wireless card. It works very well until the machine goes into energy saver. I have to turn the machine off and back on to get the signal back. Is there a way to turn the energy saver off? Or any other suggestions.

Id start by updating the firmware

Might check the RTB's. There was a controller revision to address network glitching.
NEVER ASSUME ANYTHING
Never dealt with built in Wireless network cards on Ricoh boxes, but from what I've heard, they can tend to be flaky. So I've always just used wireless range extenders when so-called wireless connections are required.
Why would you pay the price that Ricoh charges for the internal wireless interface when you can get a NetGear WNCE 2001 or something similar for as little as $24 US?
Yes...Why would I?
Ricoh wireless option is always expensive piece of sh.t.
Use device called TP-link TL-WR702N. This is ultra small router with client mode for 20 euro only. You can supply one from machine usb port.
From network point of view the device is invisible.
Slimslob is correct yet again. The WNCE2001 has been replaced by the WNCE3001 (better range) and sells at Fry's Electronics for 39.99. Super simple to set up.
