    SC350-1: ID Sensor Error 1
    Definition [B]
One of the following ID sensor output voltages was detected twice
consecutively when checking the ID sensor pattern.
    1) Vsp ≥ 2.5V
    2) Vsg ≤ 2.5V
    3) Vsp = 0V
    4) Vsg = 0V
    Possible Causes
    • ID sensor defective
    • ID sensor connector defective
    • Poor ID sensor connector connection
    • I/O board (IOB) defective
    • High voltage supply board defective
    • Dirty ID sensor
    • Defect at ID sensor pattern writing area of the drum

The ID sensors can go out, or begin to not read properly. It is a cheap part. But, sense these machines do not use a potential sensor, they rely more on the ID sensor for reading the patch.

When was the last time the drum and dv was changed out? PM cycle is 150k. As the drum wears, the drum patch will not be as crisp, and the minor voltage fluctuations generated by the sensor will throw the code.

I run Sp2208 and switch to 1(Image pixel count) and my problem(showing up 350 error) is solved . but if I want to use 0(TD sensor) mode please help me about cleaning this part
I studied the part manual of my aficio 2035 and find Tape - TD Sensor in Developer Unit with part number A232 3067 ,
What is your mean of ID sensor?
my Copy Quality after 1000 copies (the machine with 2208 set to 1)has been pale
then i run Force toner supply and after that run TD sensor initialaztion and the CQ then has been good but other problem (CQ) is here
    http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/ri...ttom-line.html
one solution for noting pale (CQ):
1- run 2208 and set to 1(Image pixel count)
    2-2207(FTS) should be run twice
3- run 2208 and set to 0(TD sensor)
    4- run 2801(TD sensor Inialization)
    5- run 2801
I decided to open the Developer unit and cleaning Charge roller and check Charge Roller Cleaning Roller in OPC Unit , because i think the running twice or more times the sp2207 cause this dirty Charge roller and bad copy quality .
if first setting code 2208 to 0 and not showing up error code 350 or 351 , then my two problem is solved
