    Ricoh MP C2503 Fax settings

We have a customer who faxes large quantities and the memory fills and we have to manually clear it. It also sends the error transmissions to memory. Can this be changed to delete instead of save and how to not have memory fill all the time, or have it saved to server if it has to save at all. Trying to not print anything and not fill memory.

Check the fax settings in user tools. If they are using Fax Forwarding for reception, are forwarding to a folder and the computer that they are forwarding is off, the received fax can remain in memory. When you manually clear the fax memory, you should be using fax memory clear in Fax SP.

Note that there is optional memory available for fax on this model (fax SAF).

According to the product support guide, it boosts capacity from 320 to 2,240 pages (4 mb versus 28 mb).
