Question RICOH PRO5100 Streaks on all colors

    Hello everyone.

I'm having issues with my Ricoh Pro 5100, I'm getting this weird streaks mostly when printing solid colors, the original
owner said that he thinks that the problem started aftera sudden power outage (Heavy Storm).

A technician took a quick look and said that it has something to do with the unit’s internal power regulator (Not sure about this).
Also when I changed the empty cyan cartridge, I noticed something loose inside, like there were small rocks inside of it.

    Any ideas?

It looks to me like you have a dirty doctor blade on the cyan developer. If you take out the Cyan PCDU and separate the development unit. You will probably see thin areas on the development roller that match your light streaks. Try cleaning the doctor blade. Otherwise you might have to replace the development unit.
