Color quality in printing (MP C2003sp)

What program are you printing from and which printer driver are you using (i.e. universal driver?) Is it a PCL or PS driver?

I use both RPCS and PCL6 (latest driver for MP C2003). The file is word format

There is no RPCS driver for the Mp C2003. Ricoh discontinued the RPCS drivers a couple generations back.....

and if you are using RPCS it must be for another model.............

RPCS is for MP C2050 but it is also working in MP C2003.
