MPC305 Print from Phone App?

Client had print by phone before a service tech changed his print controller, now it does not find the machine, I set up all the print, scan just fine, was there something in the old print controller that was allowing this? I thought if it was connected to a wireless router and the phone was on the right wifi it should see it? please let in the trick or treat of the print by phone app.
we restarted his phone, the machine, checked print from lap top wireless, all good

The machine doesn't need to be on wireless, just on a contiguous subnet with the wireless network. It's possible that the replacement board has a different firmware version or other settings were wiped out. I'd start with firmware and then start digging through User Tools.

If it's the Ricoh print and scan app, you may need to manually enter the IP address of the machine and then let it connect. It's under settings.
