Ricoh Pro 8100s Printing Order

Hi,

We have a client who prints multiple Word documents by highlighting them, right-clicking and selecting print. This works fine most of the time, but on the odd occasion it will print a job earlier than it should, thus making every following job out of sync.

Has anyone else come across this, please?
