Visually check that there is toner in the toner hopper. If not, use output checks to run the toner bottle motor and check that the bottle rotates. If it rotates but no toner goes into the hopper, there is a problem with ether the toner throttle or the toner chuck is not opening the inner valve of the bottle. I have had the metal guides that open and close the chuck become deformed and have the chuck not open the bottle.

When "toner is not supplied automatically" the toner empty sensor must be replaced.
    My 2 cents....

    Hi,
Light copies after all these replacements.
Did you follow exactly the procedure of the service manual?

Did you read what he has already replaced? The sensor is part of the complete toner supply unit.

I believe that he was referring to the sensor on the side of the toner supply unit that detects whether there is toner in the supply unit and if not then the toner bottle motor is turned.

Just thought of one thing to check, I have occasionally encountered cases where the toner supply sensor is not properly plugged in to the machine. It is one of the 2 cables you have to unplug to remove the development unit and is easy to not plug in properly, voice of experience.
