i am trying to update the firmware on a 2232c. when firing the machine up it does not recornize that the sd card is installed. is this pointing to another problem? i have reloaded the card and tried reformating it. please help. thanx

Make sure you are putting it in the correct slot, slot 3. I think this needs to be in a romdata folder on the SD card as well.
prepare SDcard with a folder: (romdata\ XXXXXXXXX.fwu "firmware") put it in the slot #3, slot #3 is a service slot by default, enter service mode SP 5.825 downloads data from a flash memory card to the NVRAM.Originally Posted by euro scott
