    Does it do with with all paper types and all directions of feed? IF you put a small tippex mark on the exit rollers do they visibly turn? Has the small actuator on the duplex gate pawl been broken off?

    I need to check with other paper
    the actuator have been change and tested on another machine
    once the bridge unit is out there is no dog ear or jam on duplex

    file down the plastic so the inverter junction gate opens wider - problem solved!

    Have replace exit and reverse junction gate but it still cause dog ear
    and even the gate pawl as per bulletin
    the machine is fine without the bridge unit
