    BK5010e need advice..

Hi Guys. We currently have a Pro906EX with an SR5000 and 18month old BK5010e attached.
The pro906 is getting replaced with an MP9002 and an SR4080.
    1. will the lead that goes from the Bk to SR5000 work with the SR4080?
    2. the machines are both 90 page per minute units so i guess thats good settings wise.
    3. Can't find any updated info regarding installing a BK5010e onto an MP9002 but the configurator tool says that they are compatible.
    4. Still have all the install kit from when the BK was installed and it came with an SR5000 lead and SR841 only.
    5. Have found some firmware updates for the BK but only refer to Charis support but i guess generic 90ppm setting would be fine for MP9002.

Any advice / tips would be very helpful. Thanks

    Re: BK5010e need advice..

Didnt get any help from Ricoh on this and it did not appear there was any updated manual for installing an SR4080 onto a Plockmatic BK5010e.
In the end just followed the SR5000 installation instructions and used the SR5000 connector lead from the BK to the SR and it worked without issue.
Didn't need to update the machine type in the BK as the Pro906 and MP9002 are both the same speed 90 pages per minute. Done 1000+ booklets now without any issues.
