    Re: Ricoh Pro C 900 s J038

I had similar problem on other machine. There was problem only with thin paper.
After I did Memory clear, machine started to throw sc codes , I think sc410.
I put values from Factory set sheet back to machine and its working for last 5 months without jam.

I did Memory clear-Engine to this machine and it shows SC410
Then I have realised that I dont have Factory set sheet or smc report.😟
Any help with this problem or to put other way:what do you do when execute Memory clear and dont have Factory sheet?

If you have an old SMC logging and SP mode data you could get it from that. What was the purpose of the memory clear?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

    Unfortunatelly I dont have it.
I thought that I had it but it was from other machine. Realised later that it has dofferent serial number.
Like I said I did it on one machine with same problem and it started to work. So that was the reason for memory clear.
