Run 5-846-046 in factory SP and reboot. Sorted.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

I think Charlessd just needs the firmware and can't download it from Ricoh.
Although I am curious what problem firmware is going to fix on that machine.

Already Clear Modes + 134 + Clear Stop = Sp 5846-46 and without result, I continue without privileges, Also try SP 5-116-2 without result, I continue without privileges

Log in at the machine, un admin, password leave blank. Disable authentication.

Your almost there, remove or change pw in supervisor mode, log out, go back in with new or removed pw, setup as you like.

I dont think that information (enter at factory mode) had to be spread in a open fórum like this, this can cause a pain in the a** for who dont fully understand how to use it.tell him how to do it in p.m at least.

grace for the suggestions , but had no choice assignment start from User Tools could not change anything. I decided to go for web monitor
I found a better option to address the lack of privileges, enter via the web monitor, iniciciar assignment as supervisor and I could disable all had limitations . I can only solve the language change , suggestions please .I have only English and French , I need Spanish
