Aficio MPC6000 NO TONER

I have problem with my client MPC6000 it is show NO TONER IN BLACK COLOR even not empty . I purchase new toner then change and still the same, I change the developer thinking might be the solution but It give more problem. I can't do to initialized the toner density and so on. Any help you can give me appreciated.

Clog in the black toner hopper.

Haven't worked on them in awhile but have had this issue several times. Follow the TB's attached...

Sir Teebee your input is exactly my problem and it work, Thank you. I appreciated all your input guys. I am new on this brand and i just referring from the service manual and from this forum. Thanks to all.....cheers
