PCL 6 driver & shift collate

So, I replaced two Canons with a couple of C5503s, days later the users start complaining to their internal IT that the new machines don't shift collate.

After much testing, reading, changing SP mode switches, raising a ticket with Ricoh as well, I found the attached knowledge base article on TSRC.

The short version is that, in the driver, you have to set the default output tray to the finisher shift tray, that then changes the options available under "Finishing -> Printer Collate -> Collate Details" and makes shift collate an available option.

Nothing works quite so well that I can't totally disable it by trying to make it a little better.
