    MP2550 MP3352 toner hoppers

I have a 3352 leaking a bit at the toner hopper. I'm wondering if a previous tech replaced the hopper with an older one. Does it even matter?

I'm not sure if they're interchangeable or not. But if it's leaking, it would seem to me that it needs replacing whatever the case
    It's a pretty common issue

They are interchangable, sounds like it is worn out.

Okay. They are different part numbers and the 3352 is much more than the 2550. Do you happen to know why?

If you are certain that you toner hopper is ok, check that the lower exit cover (the one below the exit rollers) is in its correct position. I had a trainee that didn't put it back properly and caused toner to spill. I think there is a is PCIL for the toner hopper. they are no longer the same i.e the 2550 and 3352. Check on knowledge base. You may want to check the seal on the photoconductor unit too. best of luck
