Vertical black line on RICOH SP 5002

Ho un problema molto strano con una ricoh mp 5002
Quando si stampa esce sempre questa riga a 1/2 mm dal bordo del foglio.
Questo difetto è presente su tutti i cassetti, 1-2-e by-pass in orizzontale.
Se stampo in verticale sul by-pass il problema non si presenta

La riga è in fondo, è nera, come se fosse sporco qualcosa ma cosa?

Ho cambiato persino la PCU

I have a very strange problem with a ricoh mp 5002
When printing always comes out this line to 1/2 mm from the edge of the paper.
This defect is present on all the drawers, and 1-2-bypass horizontally.
If mold vertically on the by-pass the problem does not occur

Good morning.

Did you change just the OPC drum or the complete unit? It looks like a charge roller problem to me... If you did just replace the OPC drum, try to thoroughly wash (with soap and water) and dry the charge roller and then try again.
