Try to print from By-pass Tray if the paper is thick and will be ok.
If you use normal papers try to clean ID sensor, density sensor or you have a deformed center area on the image transfer belt
    Clean the laser unit
Try also to execute the music sp2-111-3/2/1
(if you already changed the whole black unit pcu and drum you eliminated the posible charge roller problem)

The system settings in the UP mode can be reset to their defaults. Use the following
    procedure.
    1. Press User Tools/Counter .
    2. Hold down # and then press System Settings.
    (You must press # first.)

If you don't see at all the sytem settings you must have administrator rights on the machine
in this case you can try a
    Software reset
You can reboot the software with one of the following two procedures:
    1. Turn the main power switch off and on.
    2. Press and hold down ./x # together for over 10 seconds. When the machine beeps once, release
both buttons. After “Now loading. Please wait” shows for a few seconds, the copy window will open.
The machine is ready for normal operation

Or gain acces with login as supervisor and no password to reset admin password.
or default log in administrator with no password

The fading on the scan images you supplied, looks very much like a PCU charge roller issue.
I assume the paper path is LEF...

You may have to get a service Technician in to clean and service your machine(s).

Assuming that the paper is fed LEF, you either have a dirty laser shield glass for the black or you need to replace the black development unit.

This is what it looks like. As far as your other machine, log in as a supervisor and change administrator UN and password and disable administrator authentication.

    :-)
The first it is easy your toner not reach the pump unit, can be the pump unit or the sensor nozzle or the connection tube between them .
First take from one unit one working pump like magenta or cyan and change on other unit the bad black pump unit with the good magenta or cyan (the yellow it is a bit different but also can fit in)
open and close the door more times to execute toner supply or execute sp3016 forced toner suply
if not work you must open the back cover and check under the pcb's the end toner sensor nozzle and the tube for strengthened toner
Clean up the sensor the nozzle and the tube, open the tube clip and "shake up" the tube (around AW020185)
About ~30 min work to fix all the problem.

Thanks to my current internet connection (which is "Plan B"), my like button only works randomly. So consider this a like marker, and that once I get back on my primary connection I will actually like that post. Sorry.
