    Why? He has already said that he can get in as supervisor. 5846-46 is only needed when someone has also changed the supervisor password.

    Actually, special service mode does not get you to sp5846-46. You will need to enter the factory service mode, Reset 143 C, C(hold) then go to 5846-46 to execute, then reboot. at this point you should reset both admin and supervisor to no password(leave them blank).

    And you consider yourself intelligent? If you had read my previous post and had the intelligence to understand them, you would have already corrected your problem. Or did you lie in your first post that you could login as supervisor?

    I think you don`t have to replace NVRAM - only clear it with SP 5801 .
    But first Upload NVRAM to SD card SP 5824 then clear NVRAM then Download NVRAM SP5825.
