    Ricoh Pro C901 graphic arts fusing belt torn.

    Hello, i have problems with Pro C901 fusing belt torn and i have installed new fusing belt, pressure roller, hot roller, thermistors, and still making same problem the fusing belt moves toward rear end of machine for replacing fusing belt i have followed service manual procedures after making 200 copies fusing starts to move to rear end and belt get torn. Has anybody faced with this problem ? Thanks for your time.

    The bushings on the fusing belt tension roller get worn out causing uneven tension, and the belt to slip.
    Tension roller : AE040081
    Bushings : AA080373 X 2

    Hello, the bushing are replaced, but tension roller not i didn't replace because in service manual it's not shown as PM Part that should be replaced... anyway for now i don't have tension roller as spare. when i have buy it i will inform you thanks for your time.
