    Lanier 6315 Error E3-07

    Hello,
This copier is very old and I'm new at my IT tech job. I don't want to look bad but I'm not sure what this "E3-07" code means. I'm trying to contact the main company for more information. Does anyone have experience with Lanier and this error code? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Wish I could help, but I was unable to find an answer for you. However, that model was pre-RFG (ricoh family group) and I am unsure whot actually built it. Someone else may have that answer.

Another Philly boy huh? I''m from Philly but I escaped. Anyhoo, I checked the Katun reference list and I don't even see that model listed. It must REALLY be old.
    Sorry I couldn't help.

Got more information but still need help

Thanks for all the support. I just got new information that the Lanier 6315 was made by Panasonic and the model it resembles is the Panasonic FP-1570. The E3-07 error code stands for Transfer/Separator Corona Power. I'm assuming I need the replace the Corona wire, however, Panasonic discontinued this part. Does anyone have any ideas of another way to fix this or a way I could get older parts? Again any help would be appreciated. Thanks

You might try posting in the Panasonic forum

You never realize how cheap a professional is until after you let an amateur do it.
