I've had a few break.

The part numbers have changed a couple of times now.

The most recent part number change is:

AB012233 - Hot Roller Gear
(Old p/n: AB012062, B1404194)

AE020242 - Pressure Roller
(Old p/n: AE020209)

Those two part changes cover the 00, 01, 02 and new 03 range (excluding the 90 ppm models).

That new 03 model like kinda nice, they've made a few nice changes. Let's hope for best, we need a more reliable machine.

Replace the AE01 1117 and replace it.
The quality of new parts is very poor

I make it a habit to replace the gear every time I PM the fuser. I wish they came in the kit.

We fit a new gear every time we fit a new hot roller as there was a high incidence of the gear giving up the ghost with in a week of a new H/R being fitted.

so which gear is better the AB012233? or the AB01 2316?
the AB012316 is from the mp6002 parts guide but precision roller shows it fits much older models.
the AB012233 on precision roller shows it fits new models including mp6002.
which gear is newer (supposed to be better longer lasting?)
makes me confused
