zoom function on ricoh mp c2050 not on display

hi all please could someone help all the manuals say that this copier has this function but there are no options for zoom or custom enlarge reduce in the copier menu.

Is it set on "simplified display"

Hard button on the right side of op panel

The very bottom right one. It will be lit green and have smaller squares in front of larger squares.
