mp5001 log in trouble

Im having trouble logging in to the user tools section, the machine came with a data over write security card in it, i removed it and the jave and it just sits in please wait, ive replaced the sd cards and have tried all the log in info i know, supervisor with no pw doesnt work, admin no pw doesnt work,and array of others, is there an override in service mode for this? and the ip structure is in a wacked out number, and i cant get into user tools to change it. please help any info is welcomed

If you removed the JAVA SD card and then turned the machine back on without having first going in to User Tools - Extended Features and stopping JAVA, you have most likely cratered the controller board and the JAVA card. Very costly mistake.

couldnt log into the machine to stop the jave, and i have the instructions to alter the nv ram with a hex editor, but it says upload failed, tried it several different ways and times, and without altering the nv , still wont upload.

I had a prnt controller from a fried aficio 3030, i took the eprom chips out, installed them on the mp5001 controller board, got the 867sc, changed the s/n and whallah booted up, no log in on the user tools!or anywhere else
