    MP4002

    Hi,

    installed machine few months ago.
Customer complains that when they are scanning and
some printjobs are send the same time, the scans stops, print one page,
then scans one page, print one page. . etc etc (?)

Never seen this on a machine with standard adjustments.
    Someone a clue here...

    thanks in advance

With a fault that odd I usually assume the customer is talking shit if I don't see the fault occur myself. Firmware would be your best start.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

You might want to run SMC non-default data and see if anything points to that issue.

You might want to check the speed of their network and the speed setting of the network port. If it is running 10Mbps half duplex, this could happen. In half duplex, communication goes in one direction at a time only.
