    Question MPC 3002 SC 574

This machine has a SC 574 code. The press roller thermistors were dirty so I cleaned them and then replaced them after the code wouldnt Reset. I also replaced the Heat Sleeve Assembly because it showed wear. Along with the reset fuse. I did a SP 5810-1 and -2. NO Change ANy suggestions?????

    Thanks Hoosierdaddy

Have you followed TSB-009? What does SP1-106-001 to -004 indicate?

I had a 3002 that had this issue, firmware still had years old factory versions, updated all the files, then I was able to reset the error with SP5810-02

If it wont reset, it sounds like you have a fusing component that has failed, like a thermistor (check fusing temp display in sp1xxx to isolate), or maybe a thermostat is blown, or one of the lamps in the new fusing sleeve assembly is bad (I have seen that a couple of times).

I figured it out!! After looking at another fuser I found that I had plugged the Fuse into the Thermistor Plug (Why they have them with the same plug on them is beyond ME. I wont make that mistake again!! thanks for all the input. Have a good evening
