I'd also clear the printer and scanner. sp 5-801-008, sp 5-801-009
Is it picking up an IP address in DHCP mode?....If so, try logging into the Web Monitor by using "https" instead of "http"!....some of these "used" machines are set to only be accessed in secure http mode!

Sometimes the simple answer is usually the correct one...
Have you tried using a different browser? Sometimes IE/Edge are..... well, kind of stupid.
Have you tried using Google DNS settings on your computer instead of what the network provides? (8.8.8.8 Primary - 8.8.4.4 Secondary)
If nothing else, you could always try a System Reset.
