sound like dev gears they went bad on you. try turning mag coupling if turns rough then gears or could be idler gear on mag roller not meshing with transfer gear. If you have to rebuild again. then i put in new gears and shaft holders and you probably have to do dev powder also. You could try with old dev but sometimes that doesn't work.

    Hi
If the lines are on the back of the paper then its coming off from the transfer roller usually that means the developer is shot.
did you run the developer installation (2-214) when you replaced? try turning on (2-996) transfer cleaning
try running (2-802) force developer churn if that don't fix it I would replace the developer again.

Then make sure SP 2-996 is set to "1".

I think I would go the whole hog, replace the complete PCU using a new Dev and replace the transfer roller unit, because if its been contaminated, it will be difficult to get it completely clean again. The 2015 PCU is a poor effort at a combined drum/dev unit if you ask me and as the first post said, if Dev gets in to the drive gears between the upper and lower units, it soon grinds away the little plastic drive gears leading to problems. I've spent many a frustrating hour on this model, hence my suggestion you go the new PCU route. Good luck!
