Re: MPC3000 Printout problem in back to back

Why would page 14 and page 16 be sent to the printer as back-to-back ?
What happened to page 15 ?
Is page 15 blank and therefore not scanned in the final print job ?

Silly question: Have you checked the original document on that page to see that its layout is correct?

Are you saying that printing page 14 by itself (single-sided)this doesn't occur? (I doubt it)
Is it just 1 page of this doc that it happens, or every other page?
What happens if you print it on another printer?
    Lots of questions......

    No mention of:

    • File format (PDF, Word, etc...) and version.
    • Driver version(s) you have tried
    • Firmware

No way to give any sort of accurate answer without at least some of this critical info.

Since the "original" is more than likely a PDF (let's assume for a moment that it is!) I would guess that there is a "blank page skip" turned on--possibly in the print driver!

Secondly, the image "defect" appears that the printer is not handling the transparent alpha channel correctly, meaning that the document is layered and needs to be flattened before printing. Use Bullzip for flattening (they have a FREE version!)

If you are in the PDF, you can do a "Control+D" to see what the document info is!...may give you some insight into what is "going on" and how or by what program the PDF was generated by.

    Good Luck!

Not worth wasting your time with suggesting solutions (although a really good one ) until the poster provides at least a little more information.
