    Update.. now i have put in new nvram, hdd's, and memory
    worked for a week and back to screwing up

    powersupply?

    I dunno. Sometimes the dartboard method seems pretty apt. Last problem we had was a MP401 where the OP panel buttons were all wacky. Push the start button and it goes to sleep. Called the hotline and suggestion I got was replacing the OP panel. Which is a $525 part. We replaced the two PCBs that the buttons are on for a total of less than $100. Problem solved.

    If your getting SC670-OO,try disconnecting the flat ribbon cable & power connector on the PFB PCB ,you should get SC 665-03 straight away,machine boots.The PFB PCB is fried,I alsohad 3 damaged tandam tray sensors which caused my 670.Worth a shot!

    was this pinch in the wiring on the fuser or at the back where the fuser plugs in to the copier

    power supply.. not sure which one yet as I swapped out all three from a used machine .. will post details once we figure it out

    there are two dc power supplies and one ac. not much on the board just a few small black relays
    I fix copiers ...Well Sorta
