    SP5210SR no counter

When I go into user tools to check the counter, it is not there. I have searched the manual to see if it can be not shown but came up empty. Anyone ever see this?

I know what and how to set an SP, I meant I did not know that the SP mentioned would hide the counter.

The counter is hidden by default. The SP allows the tech to turn the counter display on.

Ricoh designed it so that if the machine is sold to the user without a contract, then the meter is pointless.

That is why you would only need to switch it on when there is a contract in place and meter counts matter.
