No, firmware will not solve your issues. You have jams showing that won't be cleared until you fix the front cover open issue. Jams don't clear until the machine sees that all the covers are closed. Zeldman told you to try new door switches in the first answer to your initial post.

Or I have encountered machines where the door switch is bad and it never see the door opened.

Or something is blocking the door to be fully closed, keep it simple!
As a junior I also would panic a little bit in such cases, but staying "cool" was/is/and will always be the best way in such cases.
Have a cop of herbes-thee and think of something good for a short while, than the answer will pop up automatically...
Or perhaps not (you still have us...)

    Hello all.

I really appreciate your valuable response.

I tried swalling the switches with a new one.
    The result is not impressive.
    The error still exists.

So. Im planning to try something which you people will suggest.
Again, im really thankful to you all.

Im thinking of shorting the switches.
    Suggestions any?

Have you removed the rear panel?
If yes, what have you done there?

    Hello sir.
No. The back panel is open, to check the switch connection, but the board is intact.
